Country: Panama Edit | Implemented?
Panama should be added for several reasons
1. Large Internet User Population with a growing percentage
2. Long history and a well known country in Real life
3. Central America is extremly empty on erepublik
4. Has the panama canal which if possible could be implemented on to the economy module
