Tunisia has a strategical place in Mediterranean Sea. There are more or less 3 million internet users, so there are plenty of players. The country would be composed of Arabs, French, and Africans, staying there until their country is added. Like other Maghreb countries, it would be a great Addition to Africa. It would have high grain (it was called Rome's granary in Antiquity). The currency would be the Tunisian Dinar (TND).It would make Africa a lot more interesting.
