This game seems to be based off the United States democracy, except for two crucial things, the supreme court and the Constitution.

The constitution would consist of choices the Admin creates, with many options. The people would then vote on the options, and thereby create their constitution. The Supreme Court could veto the president and declare new laws unconstitutional, and make ammendments. Citizens can take cases to the supreme court.
